Press into the bottom of a 9" (prepared) springform pan.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; In a large mixing bowl, add pumpkin, eggs, sugar, blend well. Then add coconut milk (be careful it can get splashy ;)&lt;br /&gt;spices, and vanilla. They are packed with iron, calcium and trace minerals. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 organic egg&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup organic coconut oil&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon pure vanilla&lt;br /&gt;1 cup demerrera sugar (or white)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup white sesame seeds&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon minced candied ginger&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup sweet sorghum flour&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup organic coconut flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cream together egg, sugar and coconut oil for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and coconut milk and mix for an additional minute.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;In a medium mixing bowl add dry ingredients. Add scoopfuls to wet ingredients and when combined add sesame seeds and candied ginger. Batter should be moist and fluffy. I slice mine and then drizzle honey on mine! It's heaven. Add fresh lime &amp; orange juice.&lt;br /&gt;Grate up ginger and stir into the rest of the salsa ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;Taste, and adjust fruit juices if necessary. Shake millet around to&lt;br /&gt;toast evenly and keep from burning, for about 5-10 minutes, until you get a nice&lt;br /&gt;fragrance and the millet is slightly toasted. Set on cool burner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;In a small pan (with lid) pour in a little olive oil, heat on medium, and add red onions and mushrooms when hot. Cook for 10 minutes. Add parsley, stir around, add garlic, stir around. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In another mixing bowl, spoon in crabmeat, red onion, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, sliced mushrooms, over the layer of bread cubes. Add remaining bread cubes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour egg/milk mixture evenly over bread &amp; crabmeat mixture gently. Salt &amp; pepper a little.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cover with plastic or aluminum wrap; refrigerate overnight. Brown onions, then add corn, garlic, 1 tb cumin, and some salt, white wine and broth, bring to boil and turn heat down to low and simmer about 45 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes, then do a quick half puree with your favorite immersion blender. I love love love mango with shrimpies! :)&lt;br /&gt;I scooped mine up with organic tortilla chips and had some guacamole too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dressing:&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cup olive oil&lt;br /&gt;3 tb fresh lime juice&lt;br /&gt;1 large organic egg&lt;br /&gt;2 tb good quality sesame oil&lt;br /&gt;1 fresh clove garlic, roughly chopped (will be going into food processor)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 ts ginger powder&lt;br /&gt;1 ts kosher or sea salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 fresh mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced small (about 1")&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. cooked shrimp&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup sweet maui onion (or green onion would be good too!)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro&lt;br /&gt;2 tb salted macadamia nuts, chopped fine&lt;br /&gt;1 tb lime juice&lt;br /&gt;1 tb coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make sure all dressing ingredients are at &lt;strong&gt;ROOM TEMP&lt;/strong&gt; please before processing! Or you will make an oily mess and I don't want anyone crying! HAHA &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In your favorite food processor, place egg, and 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, ginger powder, process for &lt;strong&gt;60 seconds.&lt;/strong&gt; While motor is running, add 1/2 cup more olive oil, then alternate to lime juice, then remaining olive oil. Process 2 more minutes, until thick, scrape down sides, then (with motor back on) add fresh garlic, and sesame oil. Taste and adjust salt or other seasonings. Cover and put in fridge for at least 2 hours. &lt;em&gt;*If you want yours a little sweeter, add 2 tablespoons of pineapple or orange juice.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a medium mixing bowl, put diced mango, shrimpies, onion, cilantro, chopped macadamia nuts, lime juice and coconut milk. Add sliced steak and mushrooms, turning as it browns. Add broth and garlic and boil for about 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When noodles are cooked completely (they grow in size! :) drain and add to soup base.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stir well and let sit for about 5 minutes. Put chopped green onions on, stir well. Add dry ingredients, stir to combine. Spray your favorite 8" springform pan. Press in pan and tamp down evenly. Prebake for 20 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare mangoes, and put them in a small mixing bowl, with lime juice. Toss together with fingers, then arrange the slices along edge of crust, until you run out, then pour any remaining juices around fruit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lightly dust mangoes with sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 35 minutes. Turn off motor and add remaining dry ingredients. Blend well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare muffin tins with Pam spray. Set aside&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turn on tap (water) to warm temp and let run, and use your favorite cutting board to assemble rolls. Hold 1 wrap under running water, making sure you get front and back, hold under for about 30 seconds, until it starts to soften, then place flat on cutting board surface. Add dry ingredients, stir to combine. Spray your favorite 8 x 8 baking dish. (I don't have an 8x8 so I used 8" springoform ;) Press into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes, until crust begins to brown and set.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a medium mixing bowl, beat organic eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and cognac until well blended, add flour, combine, and pour out on crust. When you are happy, (and if your diet allows) add parmesan. While whisking, add milk, water, honey, coconut oil and beaten eggs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat griddle or skillet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When hot, oil or spray surface (I do before I cook each one to make sure they don't stick) and using a ladle, scoop batter onto surface. When pot it hot, put in onion and sliced mushrooms, and cook down about 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. **If it's not as thick as you like it, you can add a slurry (equal parts) water and cornstarch! Set aside. In a flat baking dish (I use my pyrex pie dish) pour shredded coconut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spray a baking sheet with Pam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dip each strip of chicken in egg mixture, coating well, then dregde with shredded coconut and place each strip on prepared baking sheet. Heat to boil, while whisking, then add wine and bring back to boil. Meanwhile, prepare the Gluten Free Pie Crust according to directions on package. Set aside when done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When Sweet Potato is done cooking (it won't be too done it should still be semi-hard since it's so hot it will continue to cook after you take it out of the microwave) let it cool about 10 minutes before chopping it. Prepare the other vegetables, crumble up the smoked salmon and add it all to a large mixing bowl with the eggs and milk and salt and spices. Whisk to combine. Add chopped sweet potato and pour into gluten free pie shell. top with non dairy shredded cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 40-45 minutes.
