Pumpkin Hummus



Pumpkin Hummus
Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Nightshade Free

This might singlehandedly be my yummiest hummus recipe!!! HAHAHA

1/2 cup pumpkin purree
1 can organic garbanzo beans (drained)
1 tb organic tahini paste
1 tb fresh lemon juice
1 fresh garlic clove, smashed
2 ts ground cumin
1 ts olive oil
kosher or sea salt to taste

In your favorite food processor, combine ingredients until smooth and creamy. If hummus is too thick, you can add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency.
