Pineapple & Coconut Sorbet



Pineapple & Coconut Sorbet
Gluten Soy & Dairy Free

This is for a standard 1 1/2 quart ice cream maker.

2 cups purreed pineapple
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup honey
1 tb dark rum

In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients (make sure they are good and cold)

Turn on ice cream machine and slowly pour in blended ingredients.

Process 25-30 minutes.

Serve! :)
